Sandy is the type of realtor that every buyer looking for and deserves. She is professional, very knowledgeable and able to clearly define the wishes and needs of the buyer early in the search. We live out of state making it critical that our realtor be easy to reach and able to filter listings appropriate to our needs. Sandy was totally dedicated to us as clients and was also two steps ahead of us in helping with the “total” process of buying a home from start to finish. An added benefit is that Sandy’s great personality made our search fun as well as successful!

I used to be a Realtor in Oregon and worked as a bookkeeper for a large firm and Sandy is THE BEST Realtor I have ever worked with! She knows what she is doing and stays on top of things. When there is a problem she stays calm and solves it. She was great about communicating with us all the way through the transaction, keeping in touch with the HOA, Title Company and other Realtor when necessary. I wouldn't ever use any other Realtor in this area!

I met Sandy happenstance while inquiring about a condo she had listed. The condo was under contract so I was not able to purchase it, but decided to contract with Sandy to represent me as a buyer in the pursuit of purchasing a condo. By and far one of the BEST decisions I have ever made! Not only is Sandy extremely knowledgeable in the real estate industry, but her professionalism, attention to detail, responsiveness and trustworthiness are next to none. From the beginning to the end of the process of looking for and ultimately purchasing my condo, Sandy was always available and responded to each and every request or question I had. If she didn't know the answer to a question, she researched extensively in order to provide the answer. Sandy is personable and very approachable, making it easy for me to ask even the most mundane of questions. Through the entire process, Sandy made me feel like I was her most important (if not only) client even though I knew otherwise. Sandy is an amazing person to work with! I had been looking at homes on line from out of state, and when I found the home I was interested in, I called her, due to an earlier contact. She took additional photos for me and was able to inquire and answer many questions I had about the property. Upon her recommendation, we put the house under contract before I was able to see it in person! My visit absolutely confirmed my confidence in her! We were able to complete a sometimes challenging transaction due to her communication and professional skills. I highly recommend her!
